Servant's Fixed Blood Quality
Servant with a 100% Blood Quality will have the MAX Blood Expertise.
If it's a 100% it shouldn't range between 37 - 44% Expertise and rely on RNG.
A 100% Blood quality should have a fixed "Max" 44% Expertise
It's discouraging that a lower blood quality can have better expertise than a 100% blood quality just because of RNG

can even make it 50% honestly, a boost from 99% to 100% like normal bloods -

eldar_seerIt does make it kind of a no brainer to keep 100% for Servants instead of as blood bags. If the 98-98 will be just as good as Servants there's no real point to risk taking them to 100 for that.

eldar_seerJust realized I typed the opposite of what I meant... right now its a now brainer to keep 100s for blood bags instead of as Servants because there's no real benefit to rolling on the servant roulette when the difference is potentially just 1% if they and a 99 both get minimum rolls. This game needs less RNG in general really.

JinThe break points could be:
100% blood = 45% expertise
90% blood = 40% expertise
60% blood = 20% expertise
30% blood = 10%
1% blood = 0% expertise -

NervaSeconding this. We've already found (or risked mutation or RNG to make) a unicorn; why should RNG get another opportunity to stab us in the tuchus?
