Undead horses and stables (like servants)

The basic idea is that you have an item you can bind a horse to, and it becomes an undead horse that you no longer have to give water to, and can summon back when it dies. This could be a large stable that you place outside (similar to a portal) or a smaller item (like a stall) that you place in a building with matching floors.

The thread also has some other cool ideas like giving horses a level and the ability to gain XP, as well as having item slots for armor or a saddle bag, similar to existing servant functionality.
