Allow carpets to clip into eachother

Let carpets clip so we can fit them into rooms as we want them

Would also be nice to have a carpet that could fit in the middle of the 2 wide gates we have. Disable snaping for them or ½ tile snap? The halloween end carpet could clip into other carpets slightly.
