Noisily killing an NPC should alert adjacent NPCs
The manner of killing an enemy should influence the aggro/alerting of adjacent units. If I one-shot an NPC with a noisy spell, the NPCs nearby should DEFINITELY notice and attack.
Possibly add some kind of mechanic for sneaky/quiet kills. Assassination style weapons/forms/spells

the sound should also remain in pvp
right now, you can see spell flashes even if you dont have line of sight, which is bad
