Construct A Portal To A Nether Realm That Could Be Fully Procedurally Generated...
I suppose I'm thinking of Minecraft here and the Nether. But where at present we have a hand-crafted world, I do like the idea of having a world that is different every time you play. This is why Valheim is quality in my opinion. For V-Rising, having that happen via an object you construct would be pretty amazing; a full world randomly generated with a host of other creatures, objects, goals and resources to harvest, but with immense dangers too.

Stephen MergedOne thing I loved about Diablo was the random dungeons, caves and so on you'd find. Some of these had 'Minor Bosses' in that you could kill and who'd drop some nice loot. Having these scattered about would make for interesting finds. How that would work in a hand-crafted world I don't know, but I'm not the only one to mention it so it's a definite desire for the future.

LittleShoes MergedIt'd be cool if at certain phases of the moon, ancient vampire strongholds would open up across the map, they could provide high-end/unique loot that is only available there. These would provide a hotspot on the map for PvP or cooperation, depending on what kind of server you're on.
These strongholds should be procedurally dungeons, filled to the brim with traps and feral ghouls/dhampirs/whatever the vampires had as servants. -

VampireAddams MergedThe game randomly generates ruins and resource nodes already. My suggestion, to add more exploration and repeatable content, is to allow shared (PvP or Clan mates) or instanced (PvE) mini-dungeons (or huge!) that are spawned as entrances in the fixed world map.
These could be cave/lair entrances on hillsides, crypt doors among ruins (filled with horrors, traps and ancient vampire treasures!) and maybe even more intact Vampire Castles that have long been abandoned to explore (also filled with horrors, traps and ancient vampire treasures!) and potentially refurbish into a new home.
Treasures you say? Maybe these could be protected by a deadly guardian to justify juicy rewards for the cunning Vampire
-Rare cosmetics/skins for Vampires and their minions (You should look up my other post on npc minions*)
-Tomes for new/rare Spells
-Tomes for Castle Cosmetics
-New Forms & Skins for your Forms
-Weapons & Armour, rare/unique etc.
-Tomes to learn new Undead to summon* -

The tricky part is how to remove them once fully explored, so that new ones can generate, with the exception of a castle you've chosen to restore (if that becomes a thing). Perhaps they auto-collapse after a night cycle (and flagged as fully cleared).
