Dynamic Factions
Make existing factions (bandits, militia, church of luminance, undead) fully dynamic by giving them a "presence" stat, affecting patrol strength and frequency, and loot quality.
Allow players to affect faction strengths by targeting settlements (or just killing specific mobs).
Allow factions to raid enemy encampments or even castles once their presence reaches a high enough level.
The game environment already feels very alive, with hostile patrols and even bosses fighting each other frequently. These changes would allow players to truly immerse themselves in this world and its economy while also adding a layer to PvP content.

MarcusWith this, what if our servants' effectiveness was affected by this stat? Also, what if WE were affected by this, depending on what blood we had or what costume we wore? We could get trading bonuses or increased timer on the blood meter, all kinds of things.

JurgenJuggernaut MergedI understand that the main focus of the game (initially) was: That players were Vampires and we had to "rebuild", but would be nice to have npcs that are align to the "dark" side, as Vampires, necromancers, witches, werewolves (to mention a few). And that they have zones too.
Also that those factions have hostile a non-hostile npcs. To trade, fight, interact. -

Jupiter MergedI think it's already beeing talked a lot, but it would be cool if the npc's factions could gain terrain over each other when fighting... I see a lot of npc expeditions of the milita against the bandits and the undead in that iron mine. They could gain and claim that terrain for them if they win its battle... Other example is the undead... they could raid everyone else and claim its terrains if they win those battles and the same goes for the bandits. And as for the bosses, if an enemy faction take they settlement they could just be temporally disable until their faction retake this region OR they could move to another area and lead an expedition to retake their settlement
Also we as vampires could also gain control over those terrains but i think that for that, instead of just fighting we could use a diplomacy system that could include something like fear and intimidation. And if the vampires npcs become real, they also could gain terrain over everybody else -
