Buildable Ruins

I'd like to propose to include the stone ruin pieces in the build menu, because they are just fantastic if you want to build a castle in an elegant state of decay. Right now you need to dismantle the ruins on the borders of tiles you want to build on. Instead, I'd like to see them as "organic" pieces of a given castle, like a ruined garden or a decayed cemetary.

**I second this, but with a twist.
*The buildable destructibles may not enclose something entirely (as in, it shouldn't be acting as a wall for your base).
*Buildable area extends 1-5 (increased with castle heart lvl) slots beyond the reach of your border, marked with yellow rather than blue.
*Can be razed by any player or mob.
*Is a random world drop (not sure what should drop it, but this ensures it to be rare and precious).
