Lategame Zombie and Skeleton Horses

An horse ,,upgrade" ritual that would ,,preserve" your horse, removing the need for water. Zombie/vampiric horse would preserve the original horses stats, keeping horse hunting relevant, while skeleton horse would replace horses stats with (to be determined) average stats, so you can ,,salvage" terrible horses. Maybe even some unique mount skills could be in order?
