Clutter, Goblets, Papers, Plates, Candles, etc. for Tables

Add a mid height type of item that can be freely placed on tables so that we can decorate them with our own clutter. If that would not work for some reason please add variations of existing tables that have clutter/table settings/etc. that we can cycle through when placing a new table.
