  Add ability to build stables at your castle to put your horses in and troughs there that you dont need to put water on them while they are in the stable.

  Having a trough and/or water source keep horses alive *if they're on claimed spaces* would be a lovely QOL improvement. That way, ransom horses or in the world or more than 1 square away from constructed water would still despawn, but my sweet Mr. Ed with 10.5 speed and 6 acceleration won't vanish just because I went camping over a long weekend.

  a stable would be fantastic esp if it gave the horses water while they were in it. also a big fan of being able to name my horses, we can name our minions, please let me name my horses.

  There are already feeding troughs in the game lol. I don't know if people notice this. But in Silverlight, at the army post (for example), there is a feeding trough and a horse always spawns there.
  
  I would like however, an automated system where we could have our own and it dispenses water automatically to any horses nearby.
  I also agree what someone said above. The *well* should also be able to auto dispense water to nearby horses, in addition to the feeding trough being automatic.

  Just came on to ask for this, really want a trough or something for the horse. Or have them being able to drink out of the well would be nice.

  Let me add Hitching Post to this idea too, you'd be able to interact with the hitching post while on horseback to bind your Horse to this specific post. You can recall your Horse to the post here too so you don't have to do it manually all the time.
