Buildable Item Size consistency
Some buildable items are inconsistent in size. Meaning, that instead of an expectation of taking up one, two, or three tiles worth of space, they take up just slightly more causing issues with base building; impacting user experience, and causing frustration.
An Example, the Smithy just takes up slightly too much space that you can’t put into a narrow room but isn’t big enough to take up two spaces. Players either want it to be bigger, or smaller so it can fit consistently. This is a conflict between walls being grid-based snapping but items appear to be designed without taking into consideration walls and sometimes extend beyond that threshold.

Ike HyranYes please, I am annoyed by this to no end.
Probably make structures take up grid sizes with multiples of 0.5 castle squares or something along those lines so that they obviously either fit in a single castle square or dont. The Alchemy bench has caused me no end of grief when trying to design rooms, looks like it should fit in a square but actually needs 4. -

StarAgreed. The size scale is inconsistent and problematic when building, especially given the tile restrictions vs wanting to be creative vs other items to craft/build for fun. Some of these workstations are much too large, but even so, the main problem is workstations overlapping floor tiles, making it even more of a pain to fit everything neatly.
My castle currently looks like a hoarding situation because the workstations sizing is inconsistent or not the best ratio considering the building limitations.
