Chat logs and mute command for admin

Please add chat logs and a mute command for admin in order to let us mitigate bad behaviour of some players.

lyn1337Please don't log to console, just log to a designated chat.log that stays free of server messages and can tail'd and rotated automatically for privacy reasons.
Following the output of such a file would be perfectly fine to manage players, in conjunction with a rcon say command.
